You will train in a broad range of dance practices and gain an insight into the world of dance. The course provides opportunities to develop skills in creativity and performance. Throughout the course you will cover a number of modules, to develop both practical and theoretical skills.

BTEC Level 2 Diploma in Performing Arts or, 4 GCSE’s at Grade C or above, plus successful outcome at audition/interview (You will be required to complete Essential Skills in Numeracy, Literacy and ICT if you do not have a GCSE grade C).

Pearson BTEC HND in Performing Arts
This exciting and dynamic full-time 2 year course has an emphasis on learning skills current to the performing arts industry with the aim of increasing your employability. It is a production-based course for students who wish to develop skills in the performing arts. The course is highly practical, but it also demands academic ability. We use Project Based Learning (PBL) approaches which give you industry relevant experiential learning. This will prepare you for employment within the broad spectrum of the performing arts field.
Level 3 Diploma in Theatrical, Special Effects and Hair and Media Make-Up
This 1 year course is aimed at those who already have experience within the make up industry and has a working portfolio. It has been specifically designed to develop practical skills to an advanced level through a variety of techniques.
