Level 3 Award in Project Management
The CMI Level 3 Award in project management is designed to meet the needs of managers responsible for projects, who wish to extend their skills and knowledge to embrace further project management disciplines.
It is expected that learners will already be working in a Project Management environment, although the qualification is also open to learners wishing to build on their general management skills. The programme is delivered over three days or six evenings.
Candidates who complete the programme will gain an understanding of the nature and context of projects, along with the management of stakeholders and project team roles and responsibilities. The planning and control of projects will be covered allowing candidates to gain a solid understanding of all aspects of effective project management.
