The social housing sector within Northern Ireland accounts for around 20% of all domestic dwellings, which requires a large infrastructure of maintenance related personnel, some of which will are public facing first responders. This course is designed to allow those who are not gas engineers to understand the terminologies and requirements of taking and handling customers' enquiries in relation to Gas issues.
