Certificate In Essential Skills - Literacy

This course will help you improve your reading, writing and spelling skills.

Course Overview

This course aims to provide an opportunity to progress in English and to achieve a qualification at a level appropriate for you.

  • Assessments will need to be completed by everyone who wishes to commence on this course to identify what your level is.
  • Once assessments have been marked, tutors will then be able to confirm via email or phone call what your result is and if you are eligible to enrol for the course the following week of the course start date.

Please note that on the fist night of class all applicants will be asked to sit an assessment. This assessment will determine your Essential Skills level and the allocation to a class. Please also note that if you do not arrive at the first night of class, you risk not securing a place.
