Stress is a natural physical response to pressure, and in small amounts, it can boost our energy and help us stay productive. However, prolonged or intense stress can become problematic, potentially impacting both our physical and mental wellbeing.
Stress can affect a person’s health in multiple ways—physically, mentally, and emotionally. When left unchecked, it can contribute to various health issues, including anxiety, depression, hormonal imbalances, sleep disturbances, high blood pressure, heart disease, and more.
