National Fitness Day Step Challenge

We are encouraging you to get as active as possible from Wednesday 20th September until Saturday 30th September 2023. This may give you the extra motivation to get out for a morning walk, take the stairs, meet up with your colleagues at lunchtime or leave the car at home. Whichever way you do it, incorporating exercise into your daily routine can help you improve your fitness and mental health. 

At the end of each day, take a note of the steps you have done whichever way you find easiest e.g., in a journal or excel sheet, and at the end of the 10 days you will be required to fill in an online form with your steps. If you are interested in joining the challenge, please insert your name into the September signup sheet and complete the MS Teams form.  

The staff member and the student with the most steps undertaken during the challenge will each receive a goodie bag including vouchers to be used in the college restaurants.
