SERC is taking part in National Workplace Wellbeing Day, which takes place on Friday 26 April 2024. 

The purpose of National Workplace Wellbeing Day is to make you aware of the wellbeing initiatives and support that is offered for your wellbeing through the College’s Mind Yourself Programme.

UK Healthcare Information Session 

If you would like to find out more about the UK Healthcare Scheme, its benefits, discounts and how to increase your membership level, then join this online session, taking place on National Workplace Wellbeing Day.  

When: Friday 26 April 2024 at 10am - 10.30am.

IBEC Online Events 

IBEC (Irish Business and Employers' Confederation) are offering FREE online events that take place on Friday 26 April 2024.  

The events include:

  • 10am: The Mindful Cycle approach to PMS – practice more self-care. 
  • 10am: Fit and Fab over forty – how to create vibrant health in your 40’s and beyond. 
  • 12pm: Navigating your way through perimenopause and into menopause.
