Men's Mental Health Matters

On Men’s Mental Health week Inspire Wellbeing will be holding a session on Men’s Mental Health and Wellbeing with the aim to help you understand and apply:

  • The significance of a life balance for everyone
  • The importance of responding as individuals in an appropriate manner to those issues that you cannot control
  • The importance of taking personal responsibility for looking after your own health, mind, attitude, and lifestyle
  • The benefits of making good use of support available
  • A series of actions that you can commit to and integrate into your daily living.

When:  Monday the 13th of June 2022 at 10.30 am to 12.00 noon via MS Teams.
