World Mental Health Day

Around 1 in 4 of us will experience mental health issues at some point in our lives and the remaining 3 will know someone experiencing a problem.

On Monday, the 10th of October 2022, why not take part in connecting with a colleague either on campus or via MS Teams to connect with someone you haven’t spoken to or seen for a while. For information click here.
