SERC Level 3 Beauty Students Complete Aspire Training with Dermalogica

Dermalogica offer professional-grade skin care education, products, and services to skin therapists and customers. The students completed four online modules with Dermalogica as a class via Zoom, which gave them all a Dermalogica Aspire Skills Award certificate upon completion of all modules.  

SERC NVQ Level 3 Beauty student Joanne Chesnutt was chosen to be filmed about the training she had completed. The video was sent to Dermalogica, who have sent it out to all their Dermalogica undergraduates in the UK and Ireland, as well as all their partnership training establishments.

Joanne commented, “I would recommend others to complete the training as you get a wider range of product knowledge, and the training will stand out to potential employers. I also got the opportunity to complete additional workshop modules, which allows me to move onto the Dermalogica Employability certificates, which will then allow me to complete practical training with the Dermalogica team.” 

Bev Eppleston, another SERC NVQ Level 3 Beauty student who completed the Dermalogica training, has won a Dermalogica starter kit for participating in the training sessions. She commented, “I can’t wait to join the other training sessions, particularly the employability workshops planned for this year.”
