Wellness Wednesday Webiners

Wellness webinars have been created and we wish to give you access to these directly, to centre your mind and improve your wellbeing.  Some webinars range from as little as 5 minutes, to as much as 20 minutes, and can be listened to at a time that is suitable to yourself. 

The Webinars will cover a range of topics such as stress, resilience, mindfulness, coping with bereavement and healthy living.
