Cycling remains a great way to keep fit and active and it is a good way to boost immunity, it’s also fantastic for your wellbeing.
Cycling is proven to support good mental health by making you more resilient to negative thinking and stress, and the Cyclescheme Love to Ride community takes the feel-good factor up a notch by connecting you with other riders and helping celebrate your achievements.
Love to Ride is for everyone from cycling newbies to experienced riders. So if you’re getting back on your bike this week, you’ll have plenty of support.

You need to make sure your bike is safe, check it over with Sustrans simple bike video which shows you how click here.
If you wish to purchase a bike, the College offers the Cycle to work scheme where you can avail of a bike through the CycleScheme, whereby you can sacrifice part of your salary and you can purchase a bicycle and/or safety equipment up to the value of £1500 and leases it to you over a 12 month period and is tax free.
