What we do
We are Enviro – Mentality, the Restart Plus class based in Newcastle campus.
As part of our course, we are studying enterprise and horticulture. Our mission is to bring together the elements of mental wellbeing, horticulture/gardening and enterprise in ways which are practical and achievable for everyone to get involved.
We all know that being outside in the environment is good for our mental health, so our aim is to get more people outside and into their gardens or green spaces. Not only will this benefit our lovely environment, but it will also benefit our well-being.
