Yoga Sessions Week Four

Have you ever thought about taking up Yoga? Well now is your chance! According to the NHS, Yoga is an ancient form of exercise that focuses on strength, flexibility and breathing to boost physical and mental wellbeing. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing.

The Enterprise team along with our Sports lecturers put together a series of yoga videos for you to try out as and when you wish in your own home. Why not make a date with your classmates, your colleagues, your family or simply take 15 minutes to yourself to give it a go? This routine is made from the Week 4 poses.

Once you learn each of the induvial poses you can put them altogether into the following routine.
