World Meditation Day at SERC

During mental health week 18-24 May 2020 with the theme being “Kindness” take time out to be kind to yourself. On World Meditation Day at 9.30 am on Thursday 21 May 2020, there will a live 15 minutes session on breathing to create calmness and armchair yoga session for all staff and students.
All you need to do is go to a quiet room with your laptop or phone and access to a chair with no wheels for support.
