Staff Development this week with FVC

Colleagues,   We are excited that staff development will be running this week on the mornings of 12th and 14th of August.

The conference is online with Forth Valley College and SERC staff joining live.  

All FT and ALs will have had meeting requests inviting you to the sessions over the two days (if you are a PTL please the sessions are free for you to join however there is no payment for attending). Where a session had low numbers or someone wasn’t able to register we have allocated you to one of the available workshops. If you have not had links to the workshops or have queries about the workshops please contact any of the Learning Academy Team.

Please check you have access to it during the day as much of the information you need will be available on this site during the day. If you can take time to catch up with colleagues both in SERC and FVC during the virtual coffee breaks – links have been sent to the multiple rooms .

Over the two mornings there are a number of challenges and competitions running. We hope you enjoy the sessions and if you have any queries before or on the two days please contact any of the team (Paula Philpott, Stefanie Campbell, Owen Parkes, Maureen McKay, Katie Gillespie) via Skype (because we are using MS Teams hosted by FVC we may not see Teams messages on Teams in SERC – Skype will be easier). If you have any technical problems on the day you can also contact Mark Francis or Jenni Ramsey.
