Today’s theme for Men’s Health Week is “Rethinking what you’re drinking” and it’s for you to think about the impact of alcohol and to think about taking it in moderation.
Drinking more that your recommended daily amount of alcohol increases your chance of heart attack and stroke as demonstrated by NICHS.
Take a look at the Drink Aware website to calculate how many units of alcohol you are drinking and for advice on how to reduce your intake if necessary.
