SERC SU Launch Turkey-Syria Crisis Appeal

The SERC Students’ Union (SU) has been overwhelmed by the response of the entire SERC Community to the developing humanitarian crisis in Turkey and Syria. Your SU are coordinating activities and events to support those effected by this crisis. There is an online page set up for donations and the first on campus fundraiser being held today in Bangor.    

It is vital that we support the immediate and basic needs of people. 

SERC SU are working in partnership with the Disaster Emergency Committee (DEC) to raise funds to provide food, water, first aid, shelter, warm clothes, and medicines. The DEC will ensure that aid is directed to all who need it in the areas most affected by the crisis. If you wish to donate, please follow the link to our JustGiving page.
