SERC Finalist in Responsible Business in Northern Ireland Awards

These annual Awards, organised by Business in the Community, recognise, reward and celebrate inspirational and impactful businesses in Northern Ireland that are taking practical action to address pressing social and environmental issues.
SERC has been shortlisted in the Wellbeing at Work Award category which recognises commitment to excellence in inspiring and supporting our employees to prioritise their health and wellbeing and embrace positive lifestyle choices.
SERC’s HR Services Manager Emma Carson said, “We are delighted to be announced as a finalist for this award. SERC recognises the importance of looking after all employees' emotional and physical well-being. Our Mind Yourself campaign, provides the basis for our holistic Wellbeing Strategy targeting the health and wellbeing needs of all employees working at SERC. Good mental health, remaining physically healthy and personal development within the college are critical to supporting the overall wellbeing of our team here at SERC.”
SERC are finalists alongside employers including CavanaghKelly, CCEA, Cleaver Fulton Rankin, FD Technologies, Firstsource Solutions Ltd, Heron Bros Ltd, Hughes Insurance, Mackle Petfoods and SHS Group.
Winners will be announced on 8 September at a ceremony at the ICC Belfast.
