SERC Electrical Installation students got a boost to their resources with the donation of specialist books from NAPIT Group.

NAPIT is a leading Government-approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Services (UKAS) accredited membership scheme operator in the building services & fabric sectors. There are over 16,000 businesses registered with NAPIT, operating within the domestic, commercial and industrial sectors.  

John Cully, SERC Electrical Lecturer said, “We are delighted to receive 135 books from NAPIT for our students which equates to thousands of pounds worth of resources in the form specialist books and guides - including EICR Codebreakers; Guide to Initial Verification and Periodic Inspection and Testing of Electrical Installations; and Landlords and Electrical Inspectors Guidance for the Private Rented Sector Electrical Safety Checks."   

He added, “Our students will be able to use these guides out on site and in the classroom ensuring full compliance. We would like to thank NAPIT for their kind donation to the College.”
