March is Prostate Cancer Awareness Month

n Northern Ireland over 1,200 men are diagnosed with prostate cancer every year, making it the most common form of male cancer. It is the second most common cause of cancer death in men with approximately 290 dying from this disease every year in Northern Ireland. Prostate cancer is a common but often slow growing cancer usually affecting men over the age of 40.
