South Eastern Regional College's Enterprise Team, in collaboration with the Students’ Union and Skills For Your Life, are launching a ‘Pick Me Up Bucket' in the College’s Downpatrick Campus to make everyone's day that little bit brighter.

A simple idea, the ‘Pick Me Up Bucket' is somewhere staff and students can anonymously share positive messages, which can be picked up by anyone in College whenever they like. Messages can include good wishes or positive quotes. Studies have shown that both giving and receiving kindness boosts feel-good hormones and improves mood. Giving it a try could brighten your day.

The ‘Pick Me Up Bucket' will be ready for action during the Valentine’s Market on 11 February in Downpatrick Campus. If you have a positive message you wish to add to the ‘Pick Me Up Bucket' click here and help spread the positivity.
