Online Career Planning Session

This career planning session is designed for staff who are aged 50 or over and will help you explore your career options as well as help you improve your decision making when considering career paths.  

The online session will include: 

• Career planning – the career planning model, examining self-awareness, exploring your options, decision making, behavioural interviewing and how to act in an interview.  
• Transferable skills important to employers.  
• Identifying your personal and work values.  
• Caring and your rights in work. 

When: Thursday 18th January 2023 at 3.00 pm to 4.00 pm via Zoom.
