Economy Minister Gordon Lyons this week launched the Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Awards 2022 (NIAA2022), which will run from 7th to 11th February 2022

Economy Minister Gordon Lyons launched the Northern Ireland Apprenticeship Awards 2022 (NIAA2022) this week, which will run from 7th to 11th February 2022

The NIAA2022 will recognise excellence in apprenticeships and culminate in a special awards ceremony on Wednesday 9th February 2022 - one of the highlight events during NIAW2022.

Applications are now open for the 4 award categories:

  • Apprentice of the Year (Levels 2-3);
  • Higher Level Apprentice of the Year (Level 4+);
  • Large Employer Award (employers with more than 250 employees); and
  • Small Medium Enterprises Award (employers with fewer than 250 employees)

The closing date for applications is 12 noon on Friday 29th October 2021.

Last year SERC were one of the 3 finalists in the ‘Small Medium Enterprises Award’ with McKay’s Pharmacy.
