New Level 3 Programme for Aspiring Estate Agents

SERC has added a new course to its repertoire for those pursuing a career in property.

Lecturer, Janice Simpson said, “We are delighted to offer the new Level 3 Certificate in Property Agency (Sales) which has been developed by Propertymark Qualifications.   The course has been designed for aspiring estate agents to gain in-depth knowledge and practical skills to excel in the dynamic real estate market. SERC have been involved in the pilot for this course over this past year, so it is great to continue the offer which proved very popular with students."

She added, “Like many of our property programmes, the Level 3 is offered online.   We have found that this suits students from across Northern Ireland who have been enrolling on these programmes, who are often working full time.  Hopping online offers students the flexibility they need to upskill alongside full time jobs and other lifestyle commitments.”

Apply now for full time and part time programmes commencing September 2024.
