We are encouraging you to get your steps in from 20th September until 2nd October in our upcoming challenge. Simply log your daily step count on the record sheet on the team’s page.

This may give you the extra motivation to get out for a morning walk, take the stairs, meet up with your colleagues at lunchtime or leave the car at home. Whichever way you do it, incorporating exercise into your daily routine can help you improved fitness & it’s also beneficial for your mental health.
