National Fitness Day is on Wednesday 23rd September 2020 and this is a UK-wide celebration of fitness to raise awareness of the importance of a healthy and active lifestyle. It is so important to inspire everyone to move a bit more and to better understand the benefits of an active lifestyle. It is not only proven to improve your physical health, it also has an incredible effect on mental health, confidence, social connections and helps to build better communities.
