My Story

We are launching a new lunch time initiative called My Story. My story is an opportunity for aspiring leaders to gain an insight into the different career journeys taken by those in senior leadership positions. The session will help you reflect on the actions, principles, and character of successful leaders.

Speakers will discuss the challenges they have faced as well as the key decisions they have taken and how these challenges and decisions have ultimately shaped their career journey. Reflecting on the talents, passions, and skills they have developed through their journey, My Story speakers will give valuable insight to others who are considering what may be their next steps. Each session will conclude with a Q&A to explore any ideas in more detail.
