To celebrate Mental Health Awareness Week why not create your own calendar and challenge yourself to show strength in kindness towards your community, your household and to yourself.  A few have been added to get you started click here. Or perhaps you would rather take part in a family bingo-style kindness challenge. There are small tasks that everyone can carry out to show kindness to themselves and others.
