What Course are you studying?

I am studying Early Years (Childcare learning and development extended diploma).

What three words best describe you?

The three words that best describe me are loyal, hard-working, friendly.

What do you like to do in your free time?

I like to play the guitar, ukulele, listen to music and spend time with my friends.

List three items you would want with you if you were stranded on a deserted island?

Food, water, my phone (flashlight, calling for help).

What is your favourite film and why?

My favourite film would have to be Last Christmas starring Emilia Clarke and Henry Golding. It is so magical and cosy until the heart-breaking and unexpected twist at the end. A very good watch especially over Christmas.

What made you run for campus president?

I wanted to run for President this year as last year I was Women's Officer for the Newtownards Campus. I really enjoyed getting stuck into all the opportunities that came along with that role. I ran for President to hopefully create some more amazing opportunities like last year.

What impact do you hope to have?

I hope to meet the needs of the students of the Newtownards campus. There is such a wide range of different needs to be met on campus this year, ranging from mental health support to having somewhere to engage with other people on campus through clubs and societies.

What are you looking forward to most from your term?

I'm most looking forward to working alongside the amazing team in Newtownards this year.
