Leading @ SERC Managing Hybrid Working and Diverse Teams

Hybrid working teams (that is some staff on campus and some working from home) are now a reality. This online session will consider how managers can best performance manage hybrid working staff and get the best from diverse teams.

This session will be followed by a face-to-face Connected Leaders Meet (Peer Support event) at 12:45-1.30pm on Wednesday 6th March.
