Mental Health Awareness Week is happening from today until 15th May 2022 and the theme is “loneliness”.   As part of the theme, you are encouraged this week to build meaningful connections with your friends, family, and colleagues.

Loneliness affects many of us at one time or another and we know that it can be both the driver for and a product of poor mental health.

Inspire Wellbeing virtual information sessions

Virtual information sessions in relation to the services offered will be held by Inspire Wellbeing via MS teams on dates below. Inspire Wellbeing is the Colleges confidential counselling service which is available 24/7 days a week for both staff and students.
