Higher Education Fairs

Higher Education Fairs will be taking place across SERC Campuses next week on Monday 14th and Wednesday 16th October. 

These events provide students with a great opportunity to speak to university and college representatives, pick up prospectuses and guides, and other freebies. 

The HE fairs will take place on the following:

• Downpatrick: Sports Hall 10.00-12.00pm     
• Lisburn: Main Foyer, Monday October 14, 1.30pm-3.30pm 
• Bangor: Wednesday October 16, Central Hall, 10.00-12.00pm  
• Newtownards: Wednesday October 16, 1.30-3.30pm

• SERC Higher Level Apprenticeships: find out about more about the fantastic range of Apprenticeship opportunities – a great alternative to university. 
• SERC Careers: get help and advice on HE choices, the UCAS application, including how to write a great personal statement. 
• SERC Marketing: speak to the team about the range of Higher Education courses available on your doorstep.   

Even if you don’t plan on applying to these specific universities, you’ll still be able to get useful information about studying in Northern Ireland, England, Scotland, Wales and Ireland, as well as getting tips for completing your HE applications.
