The National Student Survey (NSS) is now open and is an opportunity for final-year HE students to give their views on their SERC experience. The NSS is UK-wide and responses are completely anonymous.

Final-year HE students at SERC are being invited through email and text messages to take part, and reminders from tutors would be greatly appreciated!

The overall results are broken down by region and by individual provider, and so are very important in suggesting areas for improvement and showing areas of strength. Last year’s NSS revealed SERC to score above the UK and NI benchmarks in several areas, with SERC the leading Northern Ireland college for provision of HE courses (95% satisfaction score). The higher the response rate from SERC, the more significant these figures are in terms of supporting SERC promotion to potential applicants.
