The Global Undergraduate Award (GUA) Summit, a prestigious event recognising outstanding research achievements at the undergraduate level, is set to host an All-Ireland Ceremony on November 13, 2024, Dublin, 2024.

Entries for the awards are open until 7 June and are open to higher education students who graduated or will graduate in 2023, 2024 or 2025.

The GUA was initially founded in 2008 as an all-Ireland programme, expanding in 2012 to accept submissions from the top universities in the world. Since then, the GUA Summit has been hosted in many countries and has served as a platform to honour and showcase the exemplary research work of undergraduate students from around the world. Today, it is synonymous with excellence, providing a unique opportunity for young scholars to connect, collaborate, and inspire one another.

This year's event will feature the Awards returning to their roots with a dedicated all-Ireland Award Ceremony to recognise homegrown future leaders, along with their supervisors and institutions, for their outstanding contributions to their various fields of study.

Are you in an undergraduate class of 2023, 2024 or 2025? Do you have a piece of academic coursework that has received an A grade or equivalent? If you answered yes to both questions, you are eligible to submit to the GUA Programme with the chance to win a free trip to the GUA Summit in Dublin, Ireland. Submissions are still open for the 2024 season, and the deadline for entries is 7 June.
