Global Enterprise Week – Enterprise Showcase Dinner – Bangor Campus

The evening gave us the opportunity to showcase some of the student enterprises operating within the College, along with their co-operators and supporters that are local entrepreneurs, representatives and stakeholders in business as well as the local community. 

Students were keen to share details about their enterprises and their next steps at individual showcase stands. The enterprises present on the night included Cutting Edge, Girls Who Cycle, the Glass Umbrella Theatre Company, and many more.  

Theatrical entertainment was provided by the Glass Umbrella Theatre Company and the delicious meal was prepared by our own hospitality and catering students with service from Level 2 Food and Beverage Service students. 

At the dinner, the SERC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship team were presented with their Green Gown Awards by Heather Cousins, Deputy Secretary, Skills and Education Group, Department for the Economy NI. Congratulations to the SERC Enterprise and Entrepreneurship team on their success.

We would also like to say a special thank you to all our guests – we hope you enjoyed the evening as much as we enjoyed sharing student success at SERC.
