Part of the Belfast International Arts Festival. This fun, interactive experience takes place live in your own home and is suitable for all the family to enjoy via the magic of digital technology. Assemble with your fellow students and journey to the most unusual of universities, where the mysterious Professor Bamberg will send you off on your self- navigated journey through a castle where nothing is quite as it seems. You will interact with the liveliest of lecturers, choose your subjects of study, enter themed rooms and encounter all kinds of problems and puzzles, unlocking your magical powers as you go. This brand new type of event is directed by you, the audience. The Lyric Theatre invites you to take a seat, tune in and enjoy an exclusive ‘first listen’ of brand new work from emerging, established and new Northern Ireland writers, as part of the new ‘Listen at the Lyric’ series. The Lyric has been able to open its doors and welcome casts and creative teams back into the building to record a series of audio plays to share with their audiences. Rowallane Garden has plenty of things to see and do, from nature walks and family fun, you will find lots of reasons to get out and enjoy nature. Explore the garden and discover a range of bewitching plants and trees just waiting to be found and enjoyed, travel the Forgotten Folklore Trail and explore the garden in search of different leaves and seeds, examine their shape, size and colour and try to identify which type of tree your discoveries have come from. Pickie Pumpkin Patch

Visit Pickie Funpark this Halloween to explore the pumpkin patch and jump onboard the Pickie Puffer Ghost Train with zombie conductor. After a ghostly train ride, make your way to our Halloween pumpkin patch. Once you have found your perfect pumpkin, you can take it to the designated carving area where staff will be there to help you create your masterpiece. You can select your Spooktacular design and scoop out the contents leaving it to them to carve it for you. Once complete, take home your pumpkin and put it on display to ward off the evil Halloween spirits! Each ticket includes 1 x pumpkin and an all-day wristband for the Pickie Funpark attractions. Online booking essential. Click here for more information.
