The History of the Troubles – Live Online Experience

The History of the Troubles is a live two-hour online experience hosted by Paul Donnelly (Top UK Tour Guide 2019).  The experience is made up of two parts, a 60 minute audio visual presentation and virtual tour of Northern Ireland which will explain the history of the conflict that we know as the Troubles and also the path to peace. This is followed by a fully interactive hour-long Q&A and discussion session where you can fully engage with Paul, ask questions and learn about our history from an entirely neutral and unbiased viewpoint. The total experience will allow you to discover the events which led up to violence breaking out in the 1960s, the realities of growing up and living your life in the time, the peace and reconciliation work achieved in the last 20 years and what the future may bring. Buddhist Talk and Guided Meditation: Invisible Fear & Insecurity. Finding a Confidence Beyond the Ordinary

12 July, 10:00am, £6 full price or £3 concession.

These classes are a great opportunity to be guided in meditation and to listen to interesting talks that will inspire, uplift and help you to improve your state of mind and learn how to deal with problems and stress in a more constructive way. Each class starts with a guided breathing meditation, followed by a talk and a final guided meditation.
