Financial Wellbeing for Staff on the NILGOSC and Teachers Pension Schemes

Experts from the government backed MoneyHelper are offering a financial wellbeing session to support and advise staff who are under 50 years of age and are members of the NILGOSC and Teachers Pension Schemes. They will cut through the complexity and talk about your pension. MoneyHelper will also provide useful links for other aspects you may wish to consider for your planning such as debt management, wills and budget planning. 

The session will include:  

• Planning and budgeting for retirement – how much money will you need? 
• Knowing what to expect from your state pension. 
• Understanding your NIGOSC scheme benefits and what your options are. 
• Tracing old pensions and what should you do with them.
