A new 6-week fitness programme has been launched with a combination of LIVE and RECORDED fitness sessions which last between 30 to 40 minutes for staff and family.
The live sessions will consist of Tai Chi, Armchair Yoga and Cardio and Core and the recorded sessions will be Yoga, Circuit Blast and Stretch and Tone sessions as outlined in the schedule. We are asking for you to commit for the full 6-week block for your chosen activity.
To sign up for sessions you should send your request to your Head of School or Head of Department to be added to the MS teams page where the joining links will be posted.
Prior to commencing the programme an electronic Declaration Form must be completed by everyone undertaking in the sessions Click here
