Are you are interested in making a difference, saving our planet and developing a culture of sustainable green enterprise?
Then why not get involved with SERC's Eco Committees.
SERC GoGreen are hosting an Eco-Committee drop-in session in the Downpatrick Campus on Wednesday 27th November in D4-10 from 12:30-1:00p.m. to give you an opportunity to find out more about how you can get involved.
'Going Green' includes SERC's ethical behaviours, social responsibility, and the protection of the environment. SERC wishes to move away from being passively compliant to proactively 'green' and intends to achieve this through the use of a Green Social Change Agenda that has a clear vision, defined strategies and measurable achievements.
Eco Committees exist on each campus and are comprised of students and staff to stimulate innovation, experimentation and risk taking. By being in an Eco Committee you can be the driving force that will help make SERC more sustainable and eco-friendly.
