The Engineering FE Hub and South Eastern Regional College (SERC) Engineering team, welcomed participants to SERC’s Bangor Campus for a ‘Coffee with Sarah’ information session to promote first steps for females into the industry. Sarah Hewitt, Social Impact Manager with Thales, shared her journey from retail to engineering, and Aine McGreegan,  SERC’s Engineering and Computing Deputy Head of School, shared how the College could help women take their first steps back into education with the view to a career in engineering.
