Checking Out Five Star Event Management

First year students from the Level 3 Business course took time out to visit the Culloden Hotel, Cultra but it was strictly business. Reinforcing knowledge for course unit Managing an Event, the students and Lecturer Heather Dunn met with the Culloden's Event Co-ordinator Ainsleigh Baxter who also just happens to be a past student of SERC progressed to a degree in Hospitality following her studies at SERC to who secure a dream job at the five star Culloden.

Ainsleigh took the students on a tour of the Culloden to see the facilities including their function and conference rooms where they hold most of their events and provided the students with an insight into how events are managed to five-star quality at the Culloden.
