Blue Monday is the name given to a day in January (typically the third Monday of the month) said to be the most difficult day of the year. The day gives us all the opportunity to focus on our mental health and the importance of spending time with friends and family, as well as doing activities that make us feel less blue.
The theory goes that this is a time of year where everyone feels a bit down or overwhelmed for several reasons, such as the cold weather, the dark days and nights, feeling the post-holiday financial pinch, and perhaps struggling to maintain or live up to our New Year resolutions.
Stretch, Tone and Relax Session
Why don’t you start Blue Monday morning with a short stretch and tone session, at your desk? There will be a few standing exercises on Monday the 15th of January 2024 from 9.30 am to 10.00 am via MS teams with Linda Martin. To book your place and to receive the joining link click here.
