Wellbeing NI Meditation Session for a Calmer Mind 

On Monday the 16th of January 2023, Lorraine Rooney from Wellbeing NI is hosting a half hour visual meditation session via MS teams, to help you achieve your expectations this month or year, as well as to show you how to stay on track with your New Year resolutions with tips and techniques to achieve a calmer mind.

Good Mood Foods with Vital Nutrition 

This is a free online session to attend on Monday the 16th of January 2023 at 7:00 pm via Zoom, that covers:  

  • The Vital Nutrition’s Good Mood Food Checklist 
  • Why sugar and caffeine only provide a temporary boost 
  • The ingredients of a perfect Mind Meal to help lift mood 
  • Simple changes you can make, to boost endorphins 
  • Why a low-fat diet may be contributing to depression and low mood

Care and Support Sessions 

The college is offering 30-minute Care and Support sessions for staff to attend on a one-to-one basis through a confidential coaching conversation, to focus on your own health, wellbeing and wellness with a qualified Counsellor via MS teams. 

Sessions are available on the mornings of the 1st of February 2023 and the afternoon on Friday the 3rd of February 2023.
