It could be time for you to lose that excess weight, and what better way to do it than by taking part in the 5-week weight loss challenge commencing on Monday 7th March 2022 and finishing on Friday 9 April 2022 to help you get those extra pounds off in time for Easter.
To support your weight loss you can avail of the NHS Better Health weight loss plan which can be downloaded onto your phone - search NHS Weight Loss Plan on the App Store.
The male and female with the largest percentage of weight loss at the end of the 5 weeks, will win a voucher for £20 to either use in the College restaurants or your selected supermarket to use on your shopping.
Weekly weigh in will take place on campus or if you’re working at home, you can send your weekly weight in confidence to mindyourself@serc.ac.uk.
