Autumn Wellbeing Campaign starting in October 2020

We are delighted to be launching an Autumn Wellbeing Series of Live Wellbeing Events in partnership with Spectrum Life.
The series will include physical, lifestyle and emotional wellbeing in response to the changing restrictions and experiences of Covid-19.
The sessions will run weekly from October 7th and will be delivered by a team of qualified health and wellbeing experts, and will be streamed live and will focus on a different aspect of health and wellbeing with topics ranging from Sleep, Mental Health, Fitness and Parenting etc. The sessions will start at 1.00 pm and will last approximately 45 minutes.
