A team will consist of up to 5 persons. The team can be made up of your own work team, colleagues from across the college and family members. You don’t even have to meet up, it’s about getting the team spirit going amongst yourselves and increasing your steps to help your health and be the winning team.
The Challenge will commence on Monday 10 May 2021 and the last day for recording your steps will be Sunday 30 May 2021.
What do you need to do?
- Set up your team
- Make up a fun team name
- Nominate a leader who will be responsible for collating the daily steps
- Team details should be submitted by the team leader to include team name and participants to be sent to mindyourself@serc.ac.uk by Friday 7th May 2021
- Download an App on your phone such as Strava, Weight-mate app, set your fit bit or use a pedometer to record your daily steps
- Check for updates and progress in the MS Team site to see how your team is doing.
The winning team will be the one with the most steps recorded at the end of the challenge and each participant in this team will receive a goodie bag.
