SERC Lisburn Sports Quiz For The Fire Fighters Charity

As part of our course, the Level 3 Sport students at SERC’s Lisburn Campus are organising a virtual Sports Quiz to raise money and awareness for 'The Fire Fighters Charity'.

SERC Sport Student event aims. 

• To successfully plan, deliver and evaluate a Sports Quiz for an estimated 50 participants from SERC, firefighters, and the public on Thursday the 6th of May 2021, between 5.00 to 6.00pm.  
• To run an enjoyable, entertaining, and profitable event for the Fire Fighter’s Charity. To raise money and awareness of the firefighter’s charity who are a charity that supports the families of firefighters within Northern Ireland.

The Fire Fighter’s Charity offers specialist lifelong support for members of the UK fire services community, empowering individuals to achieve mental, physical, and social wellbeing throughout their lives. They provide independent personalised support to thousands of people each year, and they are not all firefighters. We exist to support all fire and rescue service personnel, whatever their role in the service. We are also here for all those who have retired, as well as for spouses and dependants.
