Stepping it up in September
It’s time to think about increasing your steps and what better way to do this is “Stepping it up in September”
The average person takes between 3,000 and 4,000 steps per day, so why not examine how many steps you are taking in a week and increase your walking this week and be in with the chance of winning a goodie bag.
The Challenge will commence on the 23 September 2020 on National Fitness Day and will finish on the 30 September 2020.
